I’m a lead member Engineer on the Content and Load Balancing team for global support for HPE. I have installed equipment at numerous sites which include Atlanta, Colorado Springs, Plano TX, Tulsa OK, Suwannee GA, Auburn Hills, and Charlotte NC, Sacramento CA Data Centers.

F5 LTM Models 1600, 3600, 2000, 4000 deployments in HA configurations. Also support Cisco CSS, ACE and some Citrix NetScaler appliances. Hilton/DELL Data Center Support

oI provided the necessary experience in Hilton Data Center moves, changes and build-outs. Support detail include Cisco Hierarchical Network, Core, Distribution layer and Access layer. Equipment 6500, 4006, 4506, 4507, and 2950 switches, 7206, 4500, 3600 Routers. Steelhead, Riverbed and all premise wiring and fiber.

Within support role of Hilton in AT&T, I did a complete network discovery of dis-similar networks to move to AT&T Data Center in Raleigh NC. This task was moved to DELL and I now work with them to move a $17 Billon Hilton Reservation System to DELL data center. Hardware supported is Cisco 2950’s, 4006, 4506, 4507, 6500(6, 9, 13) slot and some Cisco CSM support.

Provided detailed support for massive MPLS network over Cisco 7206 routers using OSPF, EIGRP and RIP2 to 1,000’s of Hotel sites around the world with Hilton.

I continue to work with-in a stringent change-control system that separates the engineer of the EWO and implementer of the changes.

Responsible for all Kinko’s (FedEx Office) operations and daily activity which includes, migration to Cisco hardware switching via 2950’s, VoIP to the local 2801 router and hand off to local POTS via Unity Express.

Troubleshooting end user network issues for Point of Sale, local Server and VoIP technical issues. All sites ran Unity Express on 2801 routers. Network setup included QOS and MPLS, Frame Relay, Point to Point circuits.

Responsible for all blade rack server connectivity, this area has not grown as predicted due to heat factors with-in the Data Center. Cisco 2950 switch based.
