The General Motors account was a huge initiative for EDS and I was the primary resource in the areas of Supply Chain (i2) & ERP related initiatives.
I was part of a 2 member EDS/ATK team that formed the Strategic Technology Office for 7-Eleven, world’s largest chain of retail stores. We directly reported to the CEO/CTO of the company, to help them achieve their business objectives by providing strategic technology services to 7-Eleven. As a Program Manager, I was involved in strategizing and implementing an online private exchange for Telecentric, a telecom eMarketplace provider industry. The complete integrated solutions included network design through deployment, including network design collaboration, complex product content / configuration, eProcurement / integration, supply chain visibility / optimization / collaboration, and supplier performance metrics.
As a Project Manager, I was involved in the development of a Global Enterprise Portal for the Tax and Legal Services division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). This portal was directed at the 27,000 PwC employees and the 110,000 tax related professionals. Led the Distribution, Logistics, and Interface & Data Load Teams involved in the implementation of a Global Supply Chain system for Case New Holland Corporation (CNH).
