Process Technician

Johnson Controls - McCalla, AL - May 2014 to Present Responsibilities

Worked on machines that range from 85 to 3500 tons, machines were Übe, Engel,and Toshibia. I also program and worked on robots, and building End of arms. I also established new process for smaller and larger interior parts, I know to rebuild hot runner systems and how to build both cables ( thermocouple and power). I know how to use and program hydraulic and pnumatic gate valve units. I also worked with Rjg and Edart and all parts, (behind ejector pins transducers and cables,gate freeze, tiebar stretch, check ring,electric to hydraulic studies, mold trials,ppap, DOE, PFMA.

Accomplishments

With me in one section and other process technicians working hard we kept a 75 percent machine up time, for a week, 50 machines.

I am RJG certified.

I use

My skills,I learned over 14 years of injection molding experience. I also helper the newer process techs work through problems with my help, to understand the reason behind the problem. I enjoy being able to helpthe newer technicians.
