Description: Objective to minimize the coolant consumption and Coolant flow in form of mist gives proper penetration on point of contact through nozzle by MQL Method. Study of existing grinding process and parameters, Set parameters for experiment, Study of Equipment’s, Method and tools for experiment. Result analysis by Surface roughness, MRR, Cutting forces, Temp. and Surface Morphology.
Results: - 46 % Surface Quality Improvement and Optimization of Grinding Performance by MQL Technique.
