Working as ENGINEER (Production) from September 2011 in M/S BHUSHAN POWER AND STEEL LTD., SAMBALPUR(ODHISA), in Continuous Galvanization Line & present in Colour Coating Line & also participated in erection & commissioning of CCL having Line speed of 90 MPM with GFG Coater (USA)

TECHNOLOGY:

Reverse roller coating 2 coat & 2 bake systems.

Coating machines with load cells from M/S GFG U.S.A.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for max production with better quality and as per customer requirement.

To ensure smooth operation of coil coating line.

Check stock of paints and raw material.

Process control, monitoring the process data, decreasing chemicals, chromating chemicals, paint parameter and pretreatment section. Roller directional arrangement, curing curves, product requirement as per indent order and quenching water properties.

Preparing report of production/consumption stock, data planning, paint consumption,

Man power handling and Distribution of work as per requirement and capability.

To coordinate with M / M & E / M during Breakdown / Shutdown.

Arrangement of raw materials (paint, chemicals and others)

Reporting to LINE HEAD.
