SML would like to offer you a full-time Customer Service Associate non-exempt position effective April 13th, 2015. Should you accept this job offer, per company policy you'll be eligible to receive the following beginning on your hire date.

Pay Rate: $11.50/hr., paid every two weeks by your choice of check or bank transfer

Participation in the SML Incentive Compensation Plan Your duties in the Call Center will include, but are not limited to, answering inbound telephone calls, making outbound phone calls. This will include describing, selling SML services and taking corresponding orders, handling customer service questions and inquiries. As a full-time team member, you will be scheduled an average of 35+ hours per week. As a full time team member, you are eligible to receive the following benefits:

70 hours of PTO

o Each year thereafter, you will accrue 80 hours of PTO distributed March 1. Further information regarding PTO is available in the SML Handbook.

The option to enroll in SML’s medical benefits program. These include: o Health, Dental, and/or Vision insurance

o Cypress Benefit Program

Pre-Tax Savings Program (similar to a Health Savings Account)

Life Insurance, Critical Care Ins., Cancer Ins., Etc.

If you choose to enroll in SML insurance plan(s), SML will contribute 75% of the employee only cost of major medical insurance.
