Key Responsibilities
Design Phase
1. Responsible for preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work in latest Primavera versions P6, P6.7,P8.4.
2. Developed the (MTS) level 4 integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) schedule based on contract requirements in cooperation with the Managing Contractor on Primavera.
3. Complete resource & cost loading including labour & non labour (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
4. Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
Operational Phase
Analyze project progress versus baseline program and identify/ forecast delays and risks.
Coordinate with Project Manager the recovery plans and monitor implementation.
Support the Project Manager and the Contract Administrators during the contract changes/claims process providing the impact evaluation on Schedule Extension of Time (EOT) and cost implications.
Consolidate all project reports and prepare executive progress reports for management.
Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, KPI’s, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.
Attend planning and progress, internal and external, meetings to present status of the construction project and communicate all issues and concerns with recommended solutions. Effective use of communication channels to resolve problems that are out of the scope of the position.
