Oversaw complete construction from untouched ground to a completed building.Was responsible for completion of punch list which required me to sometimes do the work myself.Was also responsible for transferring building corners to batter boards using a transit and a builders level.Handled all paperwork.Helped update schedule,handled all subs in field,also dealt with all inspectors and owner reps. Completed over 16 jobs as the superintendent, plus was directly associated with 8 hotels.Some of these I was on job, from laying out the batter boards, through turning over to the owners.Handled all inspections,ran the punch list which I created and turned over to owners. Also handled the one year punch on several of these hotels.Had to finish The Staybridge Suites in Charlotte N.C. do to the Superintendent having heart attack. EDUCATION
