• GR lot’s Are Cleared As per Quality Plan

• Receiving Inspection, experienced in Inspection of incoming material and well known in handling the equipments in RI to ensure good quality at incoming stage.

• Follow the Process, material issues & provide intimation to the supplier if any abnormality in the incoming material through supply module.

• During Process stage, ensuring quality at all process stage and analyzing if any inconsistency in obtaining the product parameters then and there and rectifying the same proper analysis.

• Testing Stage, doing all the Products validating tests as per TS/TD requirement.

• Preparation of various documents related to submitting new product to the customer such as Inspection report, try-out report,etc

• Taking Corrective Action for customer complaints up to implementation and monitoring

• Sample Inspection Report Preparation ( SIR ) For All Child Parts to get ER&D Approval

• Inspection Report preparation for Customer Requirement

• Process & Machine Capability Study preparation as per Plan

• Online Inspection of Parts & First off Part approval

• Monitoring daily Line Quality Activities.

• Supplier Report Verification With Respect To Drawing Specification

• Preparing process Layout to new Development

• Preparing 5 ‘S’ on work place

• Quality Issues Preparation For Child parts

• Rejection Review Analysis

• Assembled Product Are Testing Using UTM
