Global Software Product Manager - Software Product Management included product requirements development for AIM operating system software (based on Voice of the Customer and customer service support), regular status updates via agile and scrum processes including use case, feature/functional requirements, defect resolutions and simultaneous branch development of FW applications and middle-ware for updates, efficiency and scale-ability.

Additional responsibilities included System Sales presentations, design, customer service and support through the implementation and support cycles, marketing collateral development, service process and protocol development (Help desk, field service requirements, training, etc.)

04/06-08/16: TE Connectivity– Quareo/AMPTRAC AIM Technologies

Global Product Manager - Preparation of technical and marketing collateral; customer facing sales presentations, estimations, cost models, ROI calculations; administrative and logistical support; AIM sales, contract requirements, design and product management.

Project Manager- Duties Include: Supervision of project personnel; Customer interfacing, service and support, Coordination with site management; Ensured proper Safety and Installation practices were followed during installations of Fiber Optics, LAN, and all associated equipment and systems; Bid and Proposal preparation.

Managed the conduct of the Pentagon OASIS project with CONTEL Federal Systems (GTE) ahead of schedule. Installation included over 60,000 feet of fiber optic cable supporting a High count node FDDI ring. On-site installation personnel numbered up to 24 people and 60 hour workweeks.

Installation Team Chief/Crypto Technician- Responsible for the Installation and Testing of Top Secret Crypto and Information systems including: Power; Duct; Cable; Rack; Peripheral; Crypto; MUX; and Mainframe computer equipment. Performed as a Shift supervisor for the secure voice telecommunications maintenance and operations facility in Seoul, Korea. Duties included: all aspects of maintenance and repair of MUX, Modem, Crypto and various analog to digital equipment to component level.

Installed Force Management Information Systems Computer Network; Upgraded the Army Operations Command Center Tech-Control facility to include WWMCCS, WINNS and other high subscriber-secure computer systems. Deployed Scampi and T-1 systems at Ft. Bragg, Pentagon, Scott AFB, Ft. Lewis and Ford Aerospace in Sunnyvale, CA. Performed as Beta S.C.P. maintenance technician and a Joint Communication Mission Command (JCMC) Member.
