I received my Master Degree in International Transportation Management Program in Business at SUNY Maritime College, NY in JAN 2015, and inclusive to the program I have also received the GBAT Supply Chain Management certificate, and an ASBA Charter Party certificate. My Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering was completed from Amirkabir University of Technology (1994 Tehran-Polytechnic). My maritime career has been evaluated to shore side job as a Test & Commissioning Engineer at Aker Philadelphia Shipyard after moving to United States in 2007, and then continued to a higher level of technical and commercial, began working as a Project Estimator & Marine Eng. for Caddell Dry Dock, Staten Island, NY in 2008. I joined GMD Shipyard as Project Manager from 2010 up to Dec, 2012 and departed from the company to receive my Master Degree, and then joined May Ship Repair as a Project Manager until January 2015. I worked for GMD for short of time again in 2015. I started my career as a Navy Technical Design Officer at Navy Factories in Port of Bandar Abbas in 1994 for two years, and then, in 1997, I joined the Iranian shipping companies Merchant Fleet as a Licensed Ship Engineer Officer up to 2006. I completed and earned all related international maritime courses and certificates such as Assistance Ship Eng. License (Iran) STCW-95, Senior Ship Engineer Courses (Glasgow, UK), Advance Fire Fighting (UK), Advance Medical First Aid. In addition of marine engineering, I am an expert; in Business Development, Estimating, Bidding, Procurement, Contract (Navy, Private, and Public) Negotiation, and Project Management in maritime field with thorough knowledge about Supply Chain, Shipping, Charter Party, Steel Fabrication, Commercial Management, Safety and Security.
