* Prepare Method Statements for every construction main activities.

* Electrical Construction planning

* Supervision Grounding Works, Cable Tray installation in Substation & Main Cable Rack supervision

* Cathodic works for Tanks (Impress Current Type) & Underground Piping (Impress Type).

Working as QA/QC Cathodic & Electrical Inspector for SADARA Tank Farm Project DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Maintain the proper receiving of materials by document review and conduct internal inspection of materials (MIR) prior final inspection by client or company.

* Verification and supervision of works as per IFC and construction specifications and requirements.

* Received and verify RFI from sub-contractor then finally raise RFI to client for approval Page 3

*Review Field Design Change Request (FDCR) prior submittal to client, for proper implementation of specification requirements and standards.

* Issue surveillance and non-conformance report to contractor and subcontractor for any violation of works and material usage.

Working as electrical engineer for man power supply in Saudi Aramco - Rastanurah Terminal Maintenance Services Division (RTMSD)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Field engineer in updating electrical single line diagram for substation, MCC (Motor Control Center) & switchracks through red-lined in the as-built drawing & IFC drawings. also take the details of electrical equipments (breakers, transformer & magnetic contactor) in order to update in the sap system.

* Field engineer in updating the as-built & IFC drawing of P&ID (Piping & Instrument Diagram) of plants at terminal (PUMP HOUSE 1&2, SEA ISLANDS 2-4, BUTANE & PROPANE PLANTS, JUAYMAH TANK FARMS). Also to gather details for all mechanical, electrical & instrumentation equipments (pumps, electric motors, valves, actuators, transmitters & indicators for pressure, level & temperature) for the update in the SAP SYSTEM. * Interpret and implement the issued for construction drawing (IFC) for the installation of power panel boards, control cabinets, cable tray & ladder, cable routing & pulling, installation of conduits, grounding grids & equipment safety ground for new electrical Control Rm, battery & UPS Rm, and Mechanical Rm for the new 230KV GIS.

*Supervised in the cable testing (loop check, megger, & continuity test) and cable termination for instrument & control cable.

*Supervised in the testing & Pre-commissioning of circuit breaker for low voltage panel boards (trip test-current injection, contact resistance test, and meggering.

*Test & calibrate protection relays for the new 230kv gas insulated substation.
