Managed the separation of HP IT infrastructure between two entities (HP Inc and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise). It involved separation of 2347 servers with related IT assets and 71 applications spanning over 104 sites

Collaborated with business users, application owners and IT teams to discover the application landscape and server inventory along with inter dependencies.

Developed an integrated project plan to measure the project progress across all the sites and manage risks to meet the quarterly disposition targets at site level.

Standardized tasks across the participatory teams by creating runbook to ensure common understanding of deliverables which helped in meeting the project milestones.
