Summary:

I worked as a Commercial Customer Service Representative for VWR International LLC from

October 1998 through May 2017.

Previously I was employed by Global Computer Supplies from May 1988 through July 1998,

also as a Commercial Customer Service Representative. During my tenure at Global Computer

Supplies I became the Lead Customer Service Representative for the Corporate Sales group. During

that time I was in charge of writing the Corporate Sales training manual as well as training the Corporate Sales group.

I was employed by VWR International LLC from October 1, 1988 through May 2017.

My skills include but are not limited to:

Extensive SAP training

New customer setup

Assisting Internal as well as External customers

Order status as well as expediting of orders, processing of formal and informal quotes

Finding Win-Win solutions benefiting all parties

New vendor setup

Accurate Order Entry
