Responsibilities:

Assist Sr. Planning Engr. in Preparation of fully resource loaded Project Baseline Schedule/Action Plans/Recovery Plans as per Contract.

Updating Contract schedule and preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports for Client and Management.

Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.

Preparing tracking sheets (KPI) on basis of planned and actual progress by Sector Wise (Site Sub-Division) and discuss progress of each Task Force assigned to Sectors.

Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Construction Managers.

Prepare weekly Progress Presentation for client and participate in Progress Review Meetings.

Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.

Report to QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System.

Perform all daily inspection and test of scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawing.

Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure that activities are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Coordinate with consultant’s responsibilities and site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems.

Develop method statement for activities including risk assessment and job safety environment analysis and inspection test plan and check list based on specification of project.

Responsible for quality and workshop of every activity, through knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.

Concern with ITR, MAR, MVR and SOR.

Responsible for closure of NCR.
