Brought on to implement the operational readiness group to the Hess Corporation projects throughout North Dakota. Coordinated with PMT on construction rework due to inferior work and or faulty equipment found during commissioning. Gathered and reviewed all commissioning documentation from the techs and built turnover books. Attended daily sim-ops meetings. Worked hand in hand with operations on all first fills and start-up.

Brought on to One Oak project to help bring the project that was 6 weeks behind in schedule back on track and successfully did so in 4 weeks. Successfully hit deadline for startup for Midstream in Ohio. Built entire gas fractionation train in 6 months.

Roles and Responsibilities: Reviewed piping isometrics organized according to spec and built hydrostatic / pneumatic testing packages. Directed piping installation crews. Directed setup and execution of hydro / pneumatic testing. Directed dry out and restoration after testing was completed. Put together the documentation and gathered all signatures from QC and the client rep.

Roles and Responsibilities: Preformed all Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities. Activities included: system walk downs for completion proper installation and quality of work, preformed teardown and cleaning of all piping and components in the system by compressed air blows, preformed restoration after pipe cleaning, preformed leak tests with compressed air and nitrogen, ensured all critical safety components have been properly tested before start-up, completed all commissioning documentation needed for turnover books, and worked with the operations teams to start-up and bring the units on line.
