EXPERIENCE AND PROJECT
Manufacturing Associate V
Hewlett Packard (hp) April 24, 2017-Present
San Diego, CA
●Falcapping: Preparing test plots/images of different ink (ink filled pens) types such as Turbo2 Puffer, HD Puffer, Tomba, Mojito, Gemsbok, Springbok, Kraken, etc. for Engineers in the Falcap station.
●Basic manufacture, assembly, installation or processing of components, subsystems or systems, operation of basic hand tools, operation of assigned production/manufacturing machinery, compiling data for reports, assisting with daily collection of production statistics, scheduling work for designated area of operation, perform routine operating maintenance on one or more types of equipment, work with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.
Buck-Boost Converter Lab March 30, 2016
●Prepared the setup and connected the schematic of Buck-Boost converter.
●Determined the average output voltage for any duty ratio by applying the given input voltage and switching frequency.
●Determined the inductor current ripple waveform, peak-peak inductor current ripple, and efficiency.
One Port and Two Port Calibration of Network Analyzer Sep 30, 2015
●Determined the resonant frequency, minimal reflected power, and the impedance at the resonant
frequency of the antenna for one port calibration of network analyzer.
●Determined the resonant frequency of the filter, return loss and insertion loss for two port
●Used Spectrum Analyzer to measures the magnitude of an input signal versus frequency with respect to the full frequency range of the instrument, Noise Figure Meter to measure the noise figure of a mixer, Vector Network Analyzer to characterize and measure circuits and devices at RF frequencies, and measure the magnitude and phase of the frequency, Power Meter to measures the peak output power of a signal within its operating frequency, and Signal Generator to get the required electrical impulses.
Senior Class Phase Shifter Project Oct 7, 2015
● Researched on what a phase shifter is and how it works
● Researched on parameters which determine phase shifter response
● Researched on different types of phase shifters
Power Supply Project April 15, 2014
● Building a triple output DC power supply which consists of a transformer, rectifier, filter capacitors, and voltage regulators. With this device, we can accomplish the steady DC power for the devices that require DC power to operate.
●Used Digital Multimeter to measure the voltage, current, and resistance of the required components, Oscilloscope to get the waveforms of the electrical signals, and function generator to generate the required waveforms particularly sine, square, and triangular shapes over a wide range of frequencies.
● Soldering the components on Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
●Troubleshooting
Body Mass Index Lab
●Created a C program which includes a function that prompts the user to input a weight in pounds, height in inches, and then display the body mass index(BMI). The function can display whether the person is underweight, normal, overweight, or obese.
