Ensure whether the final product meets the Quality requirements for the customers.

Analyze the root cause of the issues and provide immediate corrective action for the problem.

Analyze result and decide the acceptance level of the final product.

Monthly monitoring the quality rating, Defect analysis, PPM and review of the entire Supplier Problem.

Conduct weekly meeting to discuss about major issues and solution for the issues.

Provide training for the inspectors and the operators whenever necessary and document it.
