Perform QC routine testing and support QC assay development, validation, Manufacturing formulation, Process Development, and assisting with product stability program. QC routine testing includes:

• UV/Vis Spectroscopy

• SDS-CE for protein analysis

• Capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF) for protein analysis 2

• Carbohydrate labeling and analysis using laser induced fluorescence (LIF)

• Visual inspections for quality of finished product

• Osmolality, pH, conductivity and density testing to ensure product specifications are met.

• HPLC - Size Exclusion Chromatography for protein analysis

• Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

• Filter integrity testing

• Endotoxin testing

• Raw materials testing - NaOH testing

• Aseptically aliquot samples

• Extractable volume of product

• Write up laboratory investigations for OOS, OOT, or unexpected results, Deviation reports, and CAPAS.

• Analyze data and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of results.

• Assist in writing and/or revising technical documents including assay protocols, standard operating procedures, and test reports.

• Perform instrument maintenance, system suitability and troubleshooting when needed.

• Train junior analysts.
