Effect of Various Disinfectants On E. coli by Phenol Coefficient Method as a part of Bachelor’s program. In this project various Disinfectants like Colgate Plax, Phenyl, Dettol and Phenol (standard disinfectant) were selected on the basis of their specificity against microbes to test their effects on the growth of various bacteria by Phenol coefficient method. With this method, potency of a disinfectant against different microbes was determined.

Dissertation on Determination of physio-chemical properties of Municipal solid waste at Anand MSW dumping station, Gujarat, India.

In this project, solid waste and soil sample were collected from Anand MSW dumping site on biweekly bases for three months and analyzed for various physio chemical parameters like Density, TOC, TOM, sulphate, phosphate, Iron, chromium. Final status report was prepared and submitted to authorities.

Characterization of Diastase Enzyme In which, Diastase enzyme samples from different manufacturers were tested for enzyme activity under multiple conditions using DNS method and final comparative report was prepared.
