A government company that owns and operates the power and water transmission network all over UAE, including HV Overhead Lines & Underground Cables, power Stations, Water Transmission Pipelines, Pumping Stations and Desalination Plants.
Responsibilities:
GIS Data Model setup and modifications, (Domains, Metadata, Geometric Networks, and Topology).
Perform raster and vector analysis using Python scripting.
Conversion of data from/to different formats such CAD, GPS, Google Earth and hardcopy.
Preparation of drawings and documents for obtaining Right Of Way (ROW) of water pipelines, electric underground cables and Overhead lines.
Data maintenance, validation and QA/QC in a multi-user SDE geodatabase environment.
