Responsibilities

1. Synchronoss Technologies Inc. - (Feb 2007 to cur rent date) I have performing the role of a Project/Program Manager (Software Delivery and Engineering) to deliver enterprise class web applications to Telecom major giants like Century Link, Verizon Business & Verizon Wireless, Frontier Communications, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Mediacom and others. Duties Per formed:

• Responsible for overall implementation of the solution after the sale is closed.

• Project plan preparation, implementation plan, UAT and production carryout.

• Work with cross-functional teams (internal and external).

• Manage the Onsite team and the multiple Delivery Teams offshore.

• Project Status Reporting to the Senior Management.

• Involvement in the pre requirements stage to get the requirements from the customers. Document Customer Requirements (CRD), review and expand it to PRDs.
