Managed a project export compliance in order to meet customer need.
Managed the line communication between the field and senior management through presentations and reports every week.
Lead a project on the safety first for Flight Test Division by identified problems areas, used the problem solving methodology, reported result and made recommendation to senior management. The project was successful implemented at the flight test. Reduce the number of injury by 5% at the flight test area.
Lead a project on the developing standard process on the export articles on U.S. export regulations and share to the flight test team in order to meet the government compliance and customer need.
Lead Capital finance project by developed and implemented the new capital process throughout the Flight test department. The new standard process was successful implemented and meet the flight test department budget.
