1. Presently working as SHIFT INCHARGE in injection molding department POLYSET PLASTICS PVT.LTD., Talasari, Maharashtra from August 2009 to till date.

M/s POLYSET PLASTICS PVT. LTD. is an ISO 9001:2008 company, at present Polyset has got full fledged plant in Talasari (Thane) & DAMAN (3 plants) with all facilities required for Injection molding, painting, & assembling operations. The state-of-the-art Injection mounding Workshop to produce quality moldings, meeting the requirements of a large number of house hold item such as lid, container,mug stool & many more,furniture item & Automobiles & Industrial customers such as Tata Ficosa, Bajaj Auto, M&M,Indian Railway, Defense, L&T, Pricol, TCS, IFB, CPS, Schneider,cello etc . & PET preform

Job Profile: - As a shift incharge has to manage injection moulding plant, where I am looking -

Process optimization & rejection control.

Production planning by coordinating with Dispatch Dept.

Maintain ISO documents of production dept.

Excellent trouble shooting control & material handling

Maintain 5’S in all areas of operation.

Interaction with customer for their queries of part development &

Modifications.

Preventive maintenance of moulds & machines

New mould trails & suggestion for rectification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

# To Take charge from the previous shift engineer

# First know from him how much m/c are currently running.Their production status(cycle time)& quality status

#To plan mold change well in advance,maintain record,mold change time should be within specified standard set.

#To carry out production as per daily plan schedule.

#Reduction cycle time,labour cost,effective cleanliness.

#To carry out trouble shooting of process to Ensure proper & effective utilisation of the machine.i.e the production efficiency is minimum 98%

#To analyse reason for rejection & to Ensure that it does not get repeated in future.

#To prepared shift operation report with clear remarks for break down and corrective action.

#To ensure implementation statistical process control.

2. Worked as JUNIOUR engineer in extrusion department NEIL EXTRULAMIPACK,PALGHAR from march 2008 to August 2009.

3. Worked as Training engineer in Injection Molding & extrusion department in HGS INDIA LTD, GURGOAN from July 2007 To JAN 2008
