Objective

Forty years of knowledge and experience should not go to waste. Looking for temporary or part/time assignment as an independent contractor or an employee, that utilizes my 40+ years of knowledge and experience gained as a traveling construction superintendent. I have maintained an exemplary record of safe projects opening on time and within budget. Projects have included; retail stores, medical offices, schools, hospitals, banks, command center/computer rooms, high-rise office buildings, water treatment plants, manufacturing plants, airports, and locks and dams. I have developed great working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, designers, inspectors, and sub-contractors. I am dependable, reliable and knowledgeable. I have worked in over 30 states. For 20 years I was a member of Carpenters Local Union 142. I am computer literate and proficient in a number of software programs.

Oversaw the day to day operations of up to 160 tradesmen representing 9 different trade unions. December 1996 – July 1999

Brentwood, New York Supervised the installation of specialty computer casework and architectural millwork for many sensitive clients, including The US Senate, The Pentagon, The CIA, Hughs Aerospace, The NYSE, Yale University, and many of the worlds largest financial and communications corporations.
