Human Resources Supervisor, (Responsible for new hires on boarding process end to end), Vodafone, September 2015 – to date:

Managing a team, responsible for the end to end on boarding process (including reporting, keeping track of a candidates and creating a solid pipeline database..etc).

In coordination with HR Business Partners keeping track of the existing offers per department to ensure and creating a database of all the offers that’s up to date.

Capitalize on Vodafone’s position as the idea employer in Egypt and ensure all candidates have a positive experience through managing the candidate’s experience survey and raising flags to relevant departments in case of any issues being raised by the candidates.
