NAME OF THE PROJECT: IMPROVING RESTRICTED NODE DETECTION IN MANET USING CONGRUENCE WATCHDOG

Mobile nodes will directly communicate with one another if a contact happens. Supporting this cooperation could be a price intensive activity for mobile nodes. In DTNs, restricted node will seriously degrade the performance of packet transmission. Therefore, watchdog detecting such nodes quickly and accurately is important for the performance of the network. The watchdogs are applicable mechanism to find misbehaving and restricted nodes. Malicious nodes are exhausting to find exploitation watchdogs, as they will designedly participate in network communication with the sole goal to cover their behavior from the network. Thus, since we have a tendency to assume that these nodes could also be gift on the network, evaluating their influence becomes a really relevant matter. This project introduces congruence contact based watchdog (CoCoWa) as a brand new theme for restricted nodes that mixes native watchdog detection therefore the dissemination of this data on the network.
