Experienced in real time data, monitoring limits and abort calls
Able to perform tasks while on-board as well as Ground based
Compiled company standards and procedures regarding flight testing
Interaction with system engineers, designers and project managers
With legal experience, naturally adapt and adhere to both military and civilian authorities in multiple countries
Chair joint flight test team meetings and interact with customers
Teat leader for multiple flight test vehicles
Plan, schedule, coordinate, execute and report flight test activities
Chair test readiness reviews and plan resources
Prepare and present safety review boards and test hazard analyses
Brief, conduct and debrief flights
Experienced with analogue and digital data acquisition systems
Experience with certification programmes to FAR part 23 / 25
Vast experience in testing & analysing performance, handling qualities, structural, flutter, weapons, avionics and sensors (EO/IR) related tests
Experience and current on rotary wing (Rooivalk, Oryx) and Fixed Wing (Cheetah, Gripen, AHRLAC, M2000-9) aircraft
