Objectives
I am looking to set a strong foundation to build upon for a career as an IT professional. I have a lot of personal and some professional experience in troubleshooting/repair, upgrades, OS's, builds, software, networking, and network security. I would really like to utilize these skills and I heartily feel that we would both benefit greatly from my employment.

Provide broad phone & chat support for end users at petro stations nationwide using Verifone POS & credit card payment hardware\software solutions, including troubleshooting all network connectivity between devices (serial & Internet Protocol)
