Data Analytics on United States Drought Situation Fall 2016

We collected data set of all states in a drought condition in United States and running them in R programming language.

We analyzed many different attributes like which states suffer abnormally dry conditions and moderate conditions, which states suffer severe droughts in terms of Square Meters with Date feature, which states suffer extreme and exceptional droughts.

We used R programming language for execution of the code as well as visualization of the different attributes.

Data Analytics on Airplane Crashes Fall 2016

Objective of this project was to analyze and do a detailed study on all the airplane crashes ranging from 1908 till present. The software used for analyzation was Tableau 9.2.

Some of the questions answered in the study were each month, quarter and year how many planes have crashed, how many people were aboard on the airplane and how many fatalities had occurred, what was the location of the crash, who were the operates of the crashed airplanes, which types of airplanes crashed.

Data Analytics on College Scorecards of United States Spring 2016

We collected a data set of all the colleges in the United states and analyzing different attributes about colleges.

We broke down the analyzing into SAT scores (MATH, Verbal and Writing), what were the average earnings after graduation and the PELL Grants provided to certain colleges for the students who were eligible for it.

We also found the net price to attend the colleges in east or west coast with how much financial aid is provided to colleges.

We used Big Data platform and BI tools like Spark and Tableau for writing our code and analyzation.

Data Analytics on Stock Market Historical Winter 2016

We gathered data for over 7000 companies for analyzing different attributes of their stocks ups and downs.

We analyzed various topics like Change or Price Changes, Adjusting Closing Price, Average Stock Value for the company.

We used Tableau for Analyzation and SQL for the code to run the queries.

HealthHut.com, Website development Winter 2016

Assistant developer in the project for a class of project management with 6 team members about creating a medical related website.

Used open source platform wix.com to base our website and used different modules to create our website with different features.

Gathered information about different nearby medical clinics and hospitals for the database in the website and integrating the website with valuable information like name, area code, contact number and website.

E-commerce Website development Fall 2015

Created an e-commerce website as part pf the project to sell services for design of e-commerce website.

The website included selling of human services like plumbing, carpentry, hand man etc. Used PrestaShop open source platform to create the website from changes made in the back-end.

Including payment options such a credit card details and PayPal services incorporated in the website for easy payment options.
