Financial care representative II --- I was responsible for collecting payments and setting up payment arrangements and adding features to customers account. I was let go because they said I hung up on a customer. I could not hear the customer so said my dead air script before releasing the call.
Children’s Place 2002-2013
I started out as an associate and moved up to Assistant Manager. I was responsible for directing the employees to complete tasks, restocking, and processing apparel. I was also responsible for getting customers to sign up for credit cards. I maintained the highest number of accounts set up in the district. I left because the store manager said that I should cancel my child’s doctor’s appointment that was set up for 3 months prior for a surgery.
Pizza Hut 2012-2013
I set up pizzas for delivery. I cleaned the cooking pans, made sauce, and delivered the pizzas to customers. I had to stop working because my car broke and at the time I was not able to repair it.
Cracker Barrel 2013-2017
I started as an associate and ended up being a skill trainer and shift leader. I was responsible for helping guests with purchases, cashier, and training other associates. I was also responsible for restocking and setting themes to the directive provided. We also had to improvise with the themes due to sell thru of the product. I left because the manager was creating a hostile work environment.
