At Constellate I worked in a large data center hosting thousands of servers. I frequently had to prioritize, multi-task, and apply a precision to the detailed work listed under skills. We deployed and maintained large-scale environments involving hardware/software prep, racking, cabling, coordinating solutions and migrations with clients and other departments. I’ve removed existing hardware and network environments according to compliance standards. Constellate involved working with many enterprise grade technologies utilizing the skills listed above.
CIHost / Noc Tech

CIHost was a data center hosting about 5000 servers in Bedford TX. Initially this was a hardware assembly and software installation position( entry level ). However, it evolved into a skills in all areas with added phone and email support involving shared hosting for Window and Linux web, email server and dedicated servers. I assisted with migrating the entire data center from Bedford to Dallas including customer Co-Location hardware. This involved detailed documentation of all available information related to each client. During this time we responded to thousands of support requests via tickets and phone calls from clients. This involved analyzing and resolving many issues related to email and websites in both Windows and Linux environments.I was on second shift which also performed installation, deployment and maintenance on client servers.
