Responsibility:

Overall Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring, to take corrective measures as necessary to adhere to milestones and end dates.

Certify the all sub-contractor bills.

Preparation of monthly, yearly and quarterly cost budget for project.

Quality control and enforcing site engineers to follow quality aspect in every activity.

Guiding and ensuring all safety measures are properly followed at site by site engineers. II. Period: From May 2011 to Nov -2013
