The job requires precision with paint handling, preparing, applying coating and storage, straining, and mixing. The samples formulated are made in big batches for production. The job included a lot of patience and communication skills. There was a lot of multi-tasking needed. Every day was a new problem with a different solution. Everyone had to be exposed to everything, and had to do things out of your job title. It was a busy company and had to work as a team to get everything done.
