COMMUNICATION

I make daily presentations in defect follow up meeting to company managers and quality assurance personal. I use PowerPoint monthly to present budgets and defect trends. I have worked in a highly diverse environment being able to communicate effectively with members of different ethnic, race and religious for more than 15 years.

LEADERSHIP

I was a supervisor of final inspection for 5 years managing more than fifty people, and the final inspection area which consisted of twenty-five inspections stations and miles of conveyers. I serve as president of my church men’s group of 40 men, I have also served as a Scout master for the Cub Scouts. The team concept line ownership is where I blossom, I have the ability to be able to get people to work together in any situation.

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR/AUIDITOR BRIDGESTONE AMERICA APRIL 2002-OCTOBER 2012

I have an understanding of QS 9000 and TS16949 quality systems. My field of expertise is quality checks and auditing consisting of keeping accurate records of tires and molds inspected, preforming various measurements using snap gauges and micrometers. I understand the concept of six sigma and how it affects quality and the company’s bottom line. Able to perform and monitor quality control systems, and assist in training and education of new and fellow employees. Maintaining inventories and supplies and troubleshooting are my strong suites.
