PROJECT DETAILS

Mini Project: DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF “PNEUMATIC FORGING MACHINE”

The manual process is consuming more time and large amount of man power required for forging by using this machine we can save the time man power requirement in industries. Forging is the term for shaping metal by using localized impact forces cold forging is done at room temperature. This machine has been mainly developed for metal forming to the required shape and size.

Main Project: DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF “MULTIPURPOSE MACHINE WITH SCOTCH YOKE MECHANISM”

Different machining operation were performed a different machining tools. So travel time of job and machining time is very high. So, we are planned to perform Drilling, cutting and grinding operations at a same time, in a single machine. Therefore, machining time and travel time of job was reduced.
