● Personally oversaw the migration of 150 Tier 1 (sugical) Windows kiosks as part of a critical performance enhancement initiative, leveraging on-premise virtual servers and Azure hosted infrastructure

● Took our Netscaler MPX5500 Load Balancer from one single point of failure acting as our Web Gateway, to a fault tolerant multi-node cluster with intelligent failover configurations ensuring nearly no unplanned service interruptions, This also allowed for us to more seamlessly migrate users during upgrades, or re route traffic between farms as needed for continuity.

● To independently lead the overhaul of the Global Customer Command Center, designing and deploying a new technology centric system monitoring initiative focusing on AWS hosted application availability for our worldwide agent community. This includes raising awareness of downstream technical impact to services during outages, training all other GC3 staff (Bellevue, Gurgaon and Prague) on each process and improving our overall service timings which lead to significant reductions to our overall MTTR.

● Implemented App Dynamics and SPLUNK monitoring solutions to lend a “Real-Time” awareness of our agent applications while also contributing to our ability to investigate problems to a more granular degree.

● During the first 90 days of the project I successfully identified and re-engineered key operational inefficiencies which as a result have reduced our target KPI performance metrics for cloud based assets by more than 30% in many of our key performance metrics (trended year over year). These KPI’s include: Incident response time, investigation/documentation time, impact communication time and overall resolution identification and implementation times.

● As the “Head Chef” for these initiatives I function with limited or no management oversight, drive all interdepartmental planning discussions and ensure performance consistency for our global team members, proposing course corrections as needed to maintain the highest level of service regardless of geographic region under a 24x7 365 organization.
