Study and Modification of PTFE Paste Extrusion Process (Industrial) Jun ’13 to May‘14

We modify the machine by injecting two nylon bush inside it, so that machine only gets the necessary amount of liquid that was needed to produce good quality product.

We reduce the overall cost of process, but without affecting the quality. Not only cost but we also succeed in declining the waste that was produce during the process earlier.

Apart from these, efficiency of the PTFE also increase by little as well as the thickness remains constant in all the products after installing nylon bush.

Analysis and Detailed CFD Modeling of FINNED Heat Sink (Software – Icepack) Jan ’17 to May ‘17

Design the geometry and analyzed min. and max. Temperature and velocities for conformal and non-conformal meshing. Process Flow for Ordering Coffee through Payment Jun ’16 to Jul ‘16

Studied whole process through which all the restaurants and coffee shops works from customer placing order till payment is done and customer receives product.

In this project, tried to implement KANBAN and JIT techniques through which improvement can be done and different ways to reduce bottleneck in process.
