By reorganizing project goals and scope, and through personal contributions the project's software products were successfully delivered in the pre-established deadline.

Successive promotions from Junior Programmer to Regional Manager within 5 years. Throughout career continued hands-on involvement in development of new software in collaboration with geophysical research and processing departments.

The process is self-contained, unobtrusive and was introduced fully functional with little modification to existing libraries or user interface. This process is still used successfully in production.
