Reorganized existing web pages for use on a new company website
(www.slabbkiosks.com). Basic coding in HTML and JavaScript using
Dreamweaver. Uploaded pages and code to the company server. Designed and
wrote basic technical specs on offered equipment for new web pages for the
new website, as well.

- Helped redesign DIRECTV’s most used troubleshooting web application,
used by Customer Service Rep.’s (CSRs) to diagnose and resolve searching
for satellite signal issues
- Wire framed 1700 different scenarios of troubleshooting steps for that
web application
- Helped bring the web application from a linear step-by-step format to an
interactive format
- Resulted in a 20% reduction in CSR handle time and a 20% increase in one
call resolution
- Helped oversee migration of content from static intranet websites to a
new dynamic CMS (Tridion) for DIRECTV’s seven intranet sites
