Provided guidance and administration of all employee benefit plans, including, but not limited to, 401k, ADA requirements, FMLA and disability.
Involved with the decision making for Annual Health Plan Renewal process. Created the communication material for Open Enrollment and the instructions on how to use Employee Self-Serve. Held annual Open Enrollment meetings to ensure employees understood all benefit plan options, and invited the vendor representatives and Brokers to answer any plan details.
Developed and streamlined the benefit communication for new hire benefit enrollment by using the ADP Portal and Employee Intranet Site.

Reconciled the General Ledgers and processed the bills for all benefit plans.
Recruited for all Branch staff and entry level back office positions. Posted jobs on the company’s external website and with local colleges, unemployment website, and encouraged employees to use the referral program to increase the candidate pool. Conducted background checks, made and negotiated job offers, mailed offer letters and a USB Drive which contained all the company’s information on the core principals, contact information, benefit information, and more.
Worked with the manager to help understand the job duties to classify job descriptions.
