DESCRIPTION: My objectives were to Gather information related the leadership skills in the Organization. which were to examine and review intellectual stimulation, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individual consideration of the employees at BHEL and made analysis of the information which was gathered with help of questionnaire and personal interview.

METHODOLOGY: Technique used to collect the data is both primary data (questionnaire an interview) and secondary data (books, journals, records and websites).
