I also created documentation for the Battery Charger for Handheld terminal and the handheld terminal itself.

*The Base Station and Battery Charger were fully developed but the need for this product was not there at this time and these products are awaiting further development of the handheld terminal.

*Created hardware for thermal processing of 300mm tool. The Hardware was designed with analytical data that was incorporated in the final design. Working in a cross-functional team environment on this project.

*Large sub-assy of thermal module was conceptualized and detailed on time for delivery of first article.

*Worked with project engineering staff to develop hardware that was designed to fit within footprint of tool.

*Worked with project engineer to develop customer continuous improvement tool, which was a lifting fixture for customer fabrication house. Based design on OEM lift manufacture. Designed additional hardware to achieve safe load manipulation.

*Designed Sheet Metal & Plastics used throughout projects for machine components. Fabrication of these components required strong communication skills to ensure accuracy.

*Collaborated with a mechanical engineer to configure a vacuum system design of fore line trap. This item became a line product for the company.

*Created retrofit kit for machines already in use to incorporate all machines upgrades. This allowed older version machines to be brought up to date without latest system configurations.
