Seeking employment in the electrical construction industry, I have 36 years of experience in the industry, working in every sector of the industry. I have the skills to manage any size project. My career started as an apprentice, advanced to journeyman, foreman, superintendent. My many years in the office allowed me to learn how important managing manpower can be to ensure a project is successful. Knowing a project must be completed on time and within budget, my background in negotiations gives me the ability to deal with owners and developers in good faith. I can also bring a strong marketing and business development background to help grow business.

Superintendent for Hanover Valley Forge, a 340-unit apartment complex including an 8 story-parking garage, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Daily duties include direct sub contractors working for Vankirk, order material and tools as needed. Coordinate with Hanover Superintendents to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project. Document time, change orders, and as built drawings.

Purchased and completely renovated three (3) properties.
