Performed data analysis for the Provider Network Services Department. Wrote a dynamic SQL query that scanned through comment notes of inquiries for specific keywords and aggregated the inquiries into categories. Resulted in the department gaining visibility into key issues from customers enabling immediate actions to be taken.
Granted read and write access to the production database due to outstanding performance.
Modified the customer service database extensively using SQL for reporting purposes.

Age Fearless Program Case Competition- Independence Blue Cross Philadelphia, PA
Team Member June-August, 2016
Collaborated with a team of 10 to develop a plan identifying approaches to better engage age 55 or older population in the Philadelphia region.
The plan identified strategies to enable elderly people to maintain an independent life style, reduce the number of missed doctor’s appointments, and increase the brand awareness of Independence Blue Cross.
Won first prize in the competition from among a group of 97 interns.
