•Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

•Leading group of technicians and being liable for them and provide training of less experienced maintenance technicians and/or new technicians.

•Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance of 400 generators (PM).

•Analyse engine hardware and engine performance data to identify failures like Perkins, Doosan, Cummins, Caterpillar, Yanmar and etc.

•Provide troubleshooting direction directly to engine technicians.
