Worked as site Electrical Engineer under Melcon Engineers for “Siemens India Ltd” for the execution of 2500 MW, 500 KV Ballia- Bhiwadi HVDC Bi-pole Terminal Package. This turnkey project is owned by Siemens AG and Power Grid Corporation of India as the major client. It was a converter type substation and just second project in India of this capacity. Duties & Responsibilities:

.Electrical Drawings(SLD, Layouts, Schemes etc. related to switchyard),Engineering calculations

(Earthing Calculations, Sag tension, Cable Sizing, CT/PT sizing calculations, HVDC Thyristor control drawings &vendor Drawings Review in coordination with SIEMENS AG for obtaining IFC authorization.

Tracking progress at site and ensuring completion as per commitment to the clients.

Assisting the Project Engineers and Project manager for the implementation of site activities, and ensuring time to time valuable policies for the successful project completion.
