Duties: Oversee all functions of crews and job from start to completion of 2 Governor Cuomo revitalization projects: Amsterdam Miami Ave. Project / Cobleskill Lark Street Project

Skill-set: Operation of Heavy Equipment, operation of all hand tools, Carpentry, Manual Labor, Blue print reading, transit % pipe grading, completion of daily work load as per designed Engineered prints, Liaison between office, employees, Engineers, and Municipalities, monitor safety of jobsite and employees per OSHA regulations.

Workload: Removal of highway guardrails, 50' x 70' removal of 4 lane highway, bench out and excavation of 38' deep with removal of existing compromised galvanized culvert with installation of new 10'6" (largest in NYS to be installed) plastic culvert, transit % grading of pipe, stream water diversion, backfill excavation, compaction, compaction testing per engineered design, traffic control, slope grading, erosion control, concrete retaining walls. Workload: Excavation, installation of 1000' of new 6" and 8" watermain, hydrants, curb boxes, and residential water services per engineered design, installation of 1000' of 8" sewer main, new sanitary structures and new residential sanitary connections per engineered design, transit % pipe grading, sewer diversion, backfill, compaction per designed print. Workload: Hand dug existing basement dirt floor down 2', undermined existing rock foundation walls pouring new footings with new concrete floor, installed 2 sump pump pits and pumps, poured walls for new bilco entrance into basement, dug a retention pond to catch all spring thaw and impeding water from adjoining property, regraded property with drain swales, installed overflow drain in pond to existing roadside ditches and culvert drains.

Duties: Assign as well as perform all work duties, oversee all projects start to completion with-in budget, coordinate inspections and permits with municipalities, scheduling and distribution of workload, ordering and deliveries of jobsite materials, oversee and coordinate all subcontractors and vendors, perform as well as distribute self-performed work of company direct employees, residential, modular, and addition new construction and remodeling, heavy equipment operator and operations, foundations, septic systems, lot clearing and site development. Perform all previous mentioned skill-sets, as well as grading parking lots, retention and detention ponds, catch basins sewer and water, drainage, sewer pipes, water lines, fabrics and driveways.
