Messaging & Collaboration and Enterprise Content Manager - Key Accomplishments:

Senior Information Technology Project Manager for a large, Fortune 500 company. Manage the Messaging & Collaboration and Document Management team’s planning and functional activities through subordinate staff in fulfillment of division and company business requirements, used for Service Assurance across all the Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure. Managed a team of Senior Engineers and Architects responsible for Development, Maintenance, and Administration of several Enterprise-class tools used for Network & Monitor and alert Engineers on the health and status of services ranging from Windows, SQL, and Exchange to UNIX, Mainframe, EMC storage, and Avaya/Nortel telephony. Document Management provides an end-to-end solution to Pacific Life's classified documents, imaging archival, and e-discovery needs. Our goal is to provide a common and secured archiving platform that can be integrated into day-to-day workflow processing needs in addition to meeting regulatory compliance and e-discovery requirements. This platform would expand beyond its existing role of archiving e-mail and supporting applications with structured images and documents to other file server and SharePoint-based repositories.

Facilitated build-out of OpenText Content Server, Archive Server, Tempo Box and OTDS servers in CITE.

Implemented the following Products: Content Suite, Basic workflow, email Management, AGA for SharePoint, Web Reports Template Extensions Workflow extensions, Records Management, Brava SharePoint Connector and Tempo Box

Transport Layer Security - TLS testing is available by sending emails to Gmail, Hotmail and AOL if desired since these ISP’s use Opportunistic TLS.

Testing of confidential emails using Secure Messaging Note: Secure Messaging will need an account created with an ISP that does not use Opportunistic TLS like Inbox.com otherwise the email will be sent via TLS if your external ISP uses Opportunistic. Implemented Advance Malware protection services for the enterprise
