Description: Level II Life Cycle Logistics certified, responsible for maintaining, updating and revising Technical Manuals supporting the global war on terrorism, and the warfighter. Provides service pertaining to base support, technical services, and research and development involving major Army weapon systems. Prepare and maintain DA 2028s (Department of Army Technical Manual comment form) and coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) unit via e-mail, teleconference and travel (TDY). Work closely with PM and contractor to identify milestone points and life cycle of a weapon system and its associated TM with knowledge and capacity to provide products and services for the warfighter. Consider making sustainability status a primary factor in evaluation decisions. Statement of Work (SOW) established between TM and contractor. Award contract once funding from PM is approved. Advise and make recommendations to internal and external stakeholders regarding TM process, policy and procedures. Lead Tabletop TM reviews via teleconference and TDY to approve or disapprove TM content using MIL-STD 40051.2-b. Schedule and lead on-site TM verifications involving the PM, contractor and soldier performing live testing of weapon system procedures written or revised in the TM. Approve or disapprove final copy of TM based on verification results. Update and maintain Electronic Interactive Technical Manuals (IETM) through the use of internal tracking sites, LIW (Logistics Information Warehouse) and EPMS (Electronic Publications Management System). Review XML code in IETMs for accuracy. Train and advise PMs, contractors and co-workers of new TM policies. When necessary, provide contractual advice and support to the Program Executive Officer Soldier and related Program Managers on other memorandums including justification and approvals (J&A). Advises program officials in procurement planning, work with officials preparing procurement objectives to be used, and assist in the preparation of the SOW. I have developed and written TM for Air Traffic Control (ATC), Air Traffic Navigation Systems (ATNAVICS), Night Vision and Black Hawk Helicopter weapon systems. I have received awards and recognition for excellent work from PMs and my direct supervisor.
Designated Lead SKOT (Sets, Kits, Outfits and Tools) POC. Work with LMS (Logistics Management Specialist) in Huntsville, AL. to verify Hand Receipt (HR) data to data stored on the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Intranet. Regular report filing through Excel is compiled and reviewed in order to accurately update AESIP and ease the ordering process of parts in the field.

Description: Held and maintained SSBI Security Clearance. Reviewed and processed security clearance application for Civilian and Army worldwide. Used the e-Qip system to file, track and maintain security clearance request files. Represent CoE by counseling applicants, assisting applicants in the documentation process and by conducting telephone interviews with applicants to determine approval or disapproval of their clearance request. Responsible for operating an electronic fingerprinting machine and for taking applicants’ fingerprints once all documentation was received, signed and authenticated. Manage call center operations at a 24 hour facility and functioned at an Administrative level overseeing the application process. Held a continuous relationship with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.). Oversee background investigations via the Remedy Security Queue.
